IPR-Helpdesk is committed to the privacy policy as embodied in the provisions of the 'Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal'.

All personal data collected by the IPR-Helpdesk are processed and protected in accordance with the abovementioned law. The information collected is processed and accessed only by the responsible IPR-Helpdesk staff and it is not used for any other purpose than providing the e-services requested by the users.

The right to access, rectify or cancel personal data is to be exercised, pursuant to article 16 of the Spanish law above, on written request to be addressed to ipr-helpdesk@ua.es and will be processed within 10 days.
