Geneva (Switzerland), 29th-30th May 2008: Advanced workshop for Mediators in IP Disputes
The World Intellectual Property Organization is organising an advanced workshop for "Mediators in Intellectual Property Disputes" to be held in Geneva (Switzerland) on 29th-30th May 2008.
The event aims to help lawyers, business executives, patent and trade mark attorneys and others to develop two central skills that apply throughout the mediation process: (1)"looping" or active listening skills; and (2) probing for, and appropriately framing, the underlying interests of the parties that provide the foundation for solutions.
Fee is 2,200 Swiss francs
