EPO. Online Survey on Register Plus to gather information on customers' needs and comments

The European Patent Office recently launched an online survey about its Register Plus service.

The Register Plus online service is a "one-stop shop" for all the information previously available via the Online European Patent Register and Online Public File Inspection. It also provides access to the data in esp@cenet and Open Patent Services (patent family information and INPADOC legal status). The information gathered in Register Plus includes not only data published during the European patent grant procedure, but also post-grant information in the national phase.

Thanks to this online survey, the EPO will be able to tailor the service more closely to your needs and improve our user support activities, including training. Once all the responses have been collected and evaluated, a report will be published.
