EU. Catalogue highlighting a selection of successful innovation projects of European SMEs published
A catalogue of successful European SME innovation projects was published in relation to a policy debate on how to consolidate the role of SMEs in European research, development and innovation programmes.
The catalogue was published under the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the European Commission, OSEO and the French Ministry for Economy, Industry and Employment.
The publication highlights a selection of 30 successful innovation projects having significant economic impact, and which were carried out by European SMEs. Besides specific details on the projects, the document contains information on European programmes, as well as the regional, national or European financial and technical support mechanisms used to implement the initiatives.
