The Model Contract Working Group of the European Commission has published a document containing various special clauses for contracts for projects under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) on its website. One or more of these clauses may be included in Article 9 of the core contract, where this is necessary to adapt the contract to the specific circumstances of a concrete project or of certain project types.
For instance, there are clauses for projects in which the Joint Research Centre (JRC) participates, clauses for certain Marie Curie Actions as well as clauses for Specific Support Actions (SSA) involving Transnational Access.
