A new web site dealing with free and open source software is now available at the "Information Society" web site of the European Commission.
The new site contains information on European programmes related to free and open source software, which is gaining more and more supporters around the world but also raises complex intellectual property questions (see IPR-Helpdesk article below). Furthermore, the web site contains links to European activities related to free and open source software as well as to some well-known related web sites.
