New English versions of CA-Team consortium agreement models for IP, NoE and STREP under FP6
The German CA-Team has published new English versions of its consortium agreement models for Integrated Projects (IP), Networks of Excellence (NoE) and Specific Targeted Research Projects (STREP) under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
Please note that the IP-related provisions (section 10) have been modified in all three consortium agreement models.
The IPR Helpdesk would like to point out that these models are mere examples of how a consortium agreement could look like. Participants in such projects must adapt this or other consortium agreement models to the specific circumstances of their projects.
