The Model Contract Working Group has published a Guide to Intellectual Property Rights for FP6 Projects
Yesterday the European Commission's Model Contract Working Group published a guide entitled "Guide to Intellectual Property Rights for FP6 Projects".
The 21-page document analyses the different intellectual property-related aspects of projects under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), concerning, among other questions, the ownership of research results, knowledge protection, and access rights. It also contains some useful links and a glossary defining some of the most important relevant terms.
