On this special occasion, we wish to thank all those who through their collaboration have made the IPR Bulletin a reality.
Firstly, we'd like to mention the generous participation of all those who have written articles. Through the pages of our journal have passed members of all the Universities making up the current consortium, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market, the European Patent Office, the European Commission, the World Intellectual Property Organisation, national Patent and Trade Mark Offices, IRCs, national Contact points, projects such as Gate2Growth and Proton, organisations with vast experience in the field of the framework programmes such as EARMA, INSERM or CSIC, and law firms, among others. All of them have enabled our journal to become a publication which handles vital subjects from a practical and easily understandable point of view for those not familiar with intellectual property, and a highly useful tool for all our readers. It would be impossible to personally acknowledge the collaboration of each and every one of them. For this reason, we'd like to take this opportunity to send our thanks collectively.
Secondly, we wish to mention the work of some of those behind the Bulletin and on this occasion, we are going to allow ourselves to make two special mentions:
To Paul Schwander. With the materials he has provided issue after issue, we have been able to produce one of the sections most valued by our readers, IP&TRD in practice. We started with the patent of the month and the esp@cenet quiz, adding the Intellectual Property (IP) modules just over a year ago.
To Magali Poinot, who has obtained a great number of articles in her capacity as the Project's Legal Coordinator and Representative in Brussels, thanks to permanent contact with the main actors in this field. Her work has been decisive, always finding the best specialist in each area.
It only remains for us to mention that the whole of the UA team has been involved in making the Bulletin: the legal advisors, translators, editors, IT department and administrative staff have all made it possible for the 18 issues of the IPR Bulletin to come to light over the last three years.
To everyone, thank you.
