| WIPO. PCT Regulations are now available online in English, French, Spanish and German
|

After the amendments , the Regulations under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), as recent in force from October 17, 2002, are now available on the Web site of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in English, French, Spanish (in PDF and HTML formats) and German (in PDF format).
The Regulations contain a Part A with a few Introductory Provisions. The following Parts implement the PCT Chapter by Chapter and at the end of the legal text is placed the Schedule of Fees, which applies only to international applications whose date of receipt is on or after October 17, 2002.
