| OHIM. The Office has launched its e-filing service, which allows online applications for Community Trade Marks.

The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) has introduced the e-filing service, which enables applicants to submit an online applications for Community Trade Marks.
Direct filing at the OHIM is now possible through the e-filing service, but also by sending regular mail or private delivery services, by handing in the application personally at the Office, via fax, or by sending the application on the electronic trade mark application form (ETMAF) disk, furnished by the Office.
Online application offers many advantages, such as real-time confirmation reception, and accelerated entry into the registration process. It also permits the applicant to receive the CTM number within only three days.
